Job summary

Habitat for Humanity Greater Raleigh is seeking a Part-Time ReStore Associate to support daily store operations, the sales floor, and donation processing. You will coordinate volunteers and CS members, ensure an orderly front and back area, and provide excellent customer service to donors and customers.

The role requires flexibility for evening and weekend shifts, with 2/3 days per week, >30 hours total. Prior experience in retail or nonprofit environments is preferred and you will work closely

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, or nonprofit thrift contexts preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage volunteers and CS members.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend and evening availability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure donation area is neat, clean and priced for an easy shopping experience.
• Assist with front-end operations, register, and cash handling.
• Collaborate with ReStore Manager to plan store projects and improvements.
• Provide excellent customer service to donors, customers and volunteers.
• Supervise and engage volunteers to complete daily tasks.
