Job summary

CommunityAid in Lancaster, PA is hiring a Production Associate for a part-time role. You will process incoming donations and prepare merchandise for the retail floor, working with a team to meet store needs.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent; evenings/weekends availability is preferred, with starting wage of $14.50/hour and potential raise after 90 days. Teamwork, accuracy, and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months warehouse or production experience helpful.
• Evenings and weekend availability required.
• Proficient reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Sort, grade, price and rack donated items for sale.
• Understand pricing standards and current promotions.
• Keep work area and store organized and clean.
• Learn tagging systems and sales/marketing methods.
• Rotate through production sections as needed, under supervision.
• Assist with rag outs, opening/closing and other tasks.
• Report theft or unsafe conditions to Management.
