Job summary

CommunityAid in York, PA is seeking a Production Associate to process incoming donations and supply the retail floor. The role involves sorting, grading, pricing, and stocking donations while maintaining quality standards and a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, at least six months in a warehouse setting, and English proficiency. Expect a day shift with starting wage of $14.50 per hour and a raise to $15.00 at 90 days based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of six months warehouse or production experience is helpful.
• Scheduling flexibility with evenings and weekend availability.
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Adherence to attendance and weekly hours expectations.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently sort, grade, price, and rack all donations and ensure quality standards.
• Understand products, promotions, and pricing standards to improve sales.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area and store.
• Learn tagging methods and CommunityAid's sales approach.
• Rotate through production sections to meet store needs and report to supervisors.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and other duties as directed by management.
• Immediately report theft, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.
• Comply with company policies and directives.
