Job summary

CommunityAid Inc. is hiring a part-time Production Associate in Reading, PA. The role involves processing incoming donations and preparing items for the retail floor. Starting wage is 14.50/hour with an increase to 15.00/hour at 90 days, plus an incentive program for employees.

The position requires flexibility to move between production areas and to assist with daily store operations, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, accuracy, and safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Accurately sort, grade, price, and rack donated items for sale.
• Understand products, pricing and promotions to support store targets.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and organized work area and assist with opening/closing tasks.
• Rotate through production sections as needed and report to Supervisors.
• Report theft, injuries, or unsafe conditions to Management.
