Job summary

CommunityAid Inc in York, PA 17403 is seeking a Part Time Production Associate to process incoming donations and prepare goods for the retail floor. You will sort, grade, price, and rack items, ensuring quality standards and accurate tagging for sale.

Position offers a starting wage of $14.50/hour with a scheduled increase to $15.00/hour at 90 days, plus an employees’ incentive program. The role requires English proficiency and weekend availability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Up to six months warehouse or production experience is helpful.
• Scheduling flexibility with evenings and weekend availability.
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Adherence to attendance and weekly hours expectations defined by employee’s DoL status (full-time/part-time/seasonal)

Responsibilities

• Sort, grade, price, and rack donations to meet quality standards.
• Understand promotions and pricing standards to support retail outcomes.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area and store.
• Follow tagging systems and sales methods.
• Rotate through production sections as needed; report to Supervisors.
• Assist with rag out, store opening/closing, and other tasks as directed by Management.
• Immediately report theft, injuries, and unsafe conditions to Management.
• Follow Employee Handbook and directives.
