Job summary

Goodwill in Yelm, WA is seeking a Part Time Donation Attendant to help process and sort donations for our community. You will support the store team and help ensure efficient operations.

Role includes greeting donors, issuing receipts, keeping areas clean, and assisting with unloading/loading trucks. A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Accepting donations from donors and issues receipts as necessary.
• Keeps donation indoor/outdoor areas clean, neat, and free of debris.
• Training on Gaylord and pallet use will be provided.
• Assists in the unloading/loading of trucks and/or trailers.
• Customer service: greets donors and provides receipts when requested.
• Determines acceptable donations and communicates decisions clearly and politely.
• Maintains all required records and delivers them to supervisors or drivers as scheduled.
