Job summary

Goodwill in Sequim, WA is seeking a Part Time Donation Attendant to join the store team. Earn an hourly rate of $17.13 while helping process and sort donations from the community, greet donors, and assist with unloading and receiving donations.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, reliability, and ability to perform duties with accuracy, helping maintain clean donation areas and support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Accepting donations from donors and issues receipts as necessary.
• Keeps donation indoor/outdoor areas clean, neat, and free of debris.
• Training on Gaylord and pallet use will be provided.
• Assists in the unloading/loading of trucks and/or trailers.
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills: greets donors, carries donations from donor's vehicle to the center, and provides donor receipt if requested.
• Exercises good judgement in determining which donations are acceptable while communicating that decision to the customer effectively and politely as possible.
• Maintains all required records and delivers them to supervisors or drivers as scheduled.
