Goodwill-of-the-Olympics-and-Rainier-Region in Lakewood, WA is seeking a full-time Donation Attendant to support the production team by processing and sorting donations donated by the community.

The position offers an hourly rate of $17.13 and requires reliable attendance, teamwork, and strong customer service skills to greet donors and issue receipts. You'll help unload trucks, maintain clean work areas, and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Accepting donations from donors and issues receipts as necessary.
• Keeps donation indoor/outdoor areas clean, neat, and free of debris.
• Training on Gaylord and pallet use will be provided.
• Assists in the unloading/loading of trucks and/or trailers.
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills: greets donors, carries donations from donor’s vehicle to the center, and provides donor receipt if requested.
• Exercises good judgement in determining which donations are acceptable while communicating that decision to the customer effectively and politely as possible.
• Maintains all required records and delivers them to supervisors or drivers as scheduled.
