Job summary

Resident Salon Services is seeking a District Manager to lead multi-unit operations in Michigan, coordinating with salon staff and the Regional Director, with occasional chair-time.

You will oversee onboarding, training, and salon setup, while maintaining relationships with communities and ensuring service standards across sites.

Qualifications

• Active State License (licensed in each field of practice).
• Minimum 3 years experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Email, etc.
• Compassionate and caring.
• Experience working with seniors is a plus.

• Work with customers to help them achieve the look they want; onboarding new staff, training on company systems, setting up new salons, liaison with communities, and covering behind the chair as needed.
