Job summary

Resident Salon Services is seeking a salon manager to oversee operations and client experiences at our New Braunfels locations. The role focuses on delivering hair services while maintaining excellent customer care, up-to-date on trends, and leading a team to meet client expectations.

The position offers a set schedule with no nights or weekends, built-in clientele, and potential for premium pricing/commissions. Prior management experience is preferred, with a state license required.

Qualifications

• Active StateLicense (i.e.,licensed in each field of practice).
• Minimum 3 years of experience is required.
• Provide Hair/Nail services.
• Good communication skills.
• Compassionate and caring.
• Experience working with seniors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wash, style, cut, perm, and color hair.
