Job summary

Resident Salon Services is seeking a District Manager to lead multi-unit salon operations with a focus on work-life balance, set schedules, and no nights or weekends. The role requires coordinating with staff and the Regional Director, while occasionally stepping in behind the chair.

You will onboard and train new staff, set up new salons, engage with communities, and ensure quality client service. A current state cosmetology license and at least three years of experience are required, along

Position Requirements

Work with customers to help them achieve the look they want. Main duties include onboarding new staff, training on company systems, setting up new salons, liaising with communities, and covering behind the chair as needed.

• Active State License (i.e., licensed in each field of practice)
• Minimum 3 years experience is required.
• Provide Hair/Nail services
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Email, etc.
• Good communication skills
• Compassionate and caring
• Experience working with seniors is a plus.
