Job summary

Fastenal Co. is seeking a Part-time Distribution Center Administration role at our facility in Jessup, PA. You will help with onboarding training for new employees and support daily administrative tasks at the 1225 Mid Valley Dr site.

A flexible schedule may be offered after onboarding and performance goals are met. The position requires 18+ years of age, prior admin or customer service experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Administrative or customer service experience.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to learn quickly and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate strong organization and prioritization.
• Able to pass drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Posting jobs and assisting with interviews; document processes.
• Train and onboard new employees on trainings and time cards.
• Answering phones, emails, and performing filing tasks.
