Job summary

Trulieve Florida is seeking a part-time Dispensary Associate to provide exceptional customer service, empathy to patients, and accurate processing of patient orders. You will work with the leadership team to ensure a positive patient experience, maintain product knowledge, and keep the workspace clean and stocked.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 21+ (18+ in CT, PA and WV), prior cash handling or retail experience, and the ability to work flexible evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior retail and/or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must be 21+ years of age (18+ in CT, PA and WV).
• Ability to handle cash and operate basic electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and coworkers.
• Assist patients with product questions and order processing.
• Maintain a clean, stocked workstation and adhere to policies.
