Job summary

Trulieve Dispensary is hiring a part-time Dispensary Associate to educate customers on cannabis products and assist with purchases according to state regulations. You will deliver compassionate patient care in a fast-growing industry while handling orders, processing returns, and ensuring a clean workstation.

The role requires strong customer service, cash handling experience, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old (18+ in CT/PA/WV).
• Prior cash handling and retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in teams with strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on cannabis products and assist with purchases per state regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and compassionate patient care.
• Process patient orders and support returns and exchanges per policy.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked workspace and operate with accuracy.
• Support delivery and online order processing as needed.
• Follow company policies and protect customer confidentiality.
