Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a part-time Dispensary Associate in our Retail department in Florida. You will guide customers through their cannabis journey, educate on products, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional service.

The role emphasizes customer care, product knowledge, and teamwork with managers and staff. Responsibilities include processing orders, handling returns per policy, and maintaining a clean, organized workstation while complying with state regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Provide empathy and compassion to patients.
• Provide the TruExperience through elevated patient service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge.
• Assist Managers and Shift Supervisors with returns in accordance with policy.
• Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Follow Trulieve Policies and Procedures.
• Work with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist customers with any product or device issues.
• Work with leadership to find solutions to customer issues.
• Document customer issues on the customer's profile.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation.
• Any other task assigned by Management.
