Job summary

Trulieve is hiring a part-time Dispensary Associate to educate customers on cannabis products and guide purchases in accordance with state regulations. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care and exceptional service within a fast-growing, vertically integrated cannabis company in the U.S.

The position requires a high-school diploma or equivalent, 21+ years of age, cash handling experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and customer service or retail experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old (18 in CT, PA and WV) and pass a background check.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Able to speak conversational English and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on products and benefits; guide purchases per state regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with returns.
• Prepare and process orders; maintain a clean workstation.
• Follow company policies and procedures and resolve customer issues.
• Support delivery and online order processing as needed.
