Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a part-time Dispensary Associate to educate customers on cannabis products and process purchases in compliance with state regulations. You will deliver exceptional service and support our customers’ well-being in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, basic cash handling skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends; background checks will be required.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• 21 years or older (18+ in some states) required.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate customers about cannabis products and effects.
• Process patient orders per state regulations and maintain accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation and adhere to policies.
• Assist with returns and issue resolution in collaboration with management.
