Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to operate a computer/tablet to enter and retrieve data.
• Day shift hours 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch field service technicians to service calls to ensure timely response.
• Coordinate communications between work crews, supervisors, and field personnel.
• Communicate with shop for repairs to restore service and schedules.
• Monitor locations and utilization of equipment to coordinate service.
