Responsibilities

• Ensuring drivers follow PYLE SOPs (fuel at end of shift, DVIR, paperless logs).

Position Summary

A. Duie Pyle is seeking a Part Time Dedicated Dispatcher to join our team in Camp Hill, PA. In this key position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our dedicated drivers. You will be responsible for maintaining consistent communication with drivers, resolving issues promptly, and supporting drivers with schedule updates, route changes, and daily operational needs.

Schedule: 2:00 PM; Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $22.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Dispatching drivers in TMW system; managing assigned driver schedules
• Making sure that drivers show up for assigned start time so they can meet customers cut times
• Interacting with customers shipping team
• Insuring sure drivers are following PYLE SOPS (fuel at the end of shift, DVIR, accurate paperless logs)

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Good computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft desired
• Ability to solve problems
• Good communication skills; excellent attention to detail and decision making skills
• Team oriented with good interpersonal skills; demonstrates initiative

Preferred skillsets

• LTL/Dedicated transportation or warehouse operations background
• Prior dispatch and routing experience
