Job summary

UPS is seeking a Dispatch Analyst to support the dispatch and preload teams by analyzing plans, producing reports, and auditing processes. The role requires attention to detail and strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and experience with DPS/UDC, Microsoft Office, and package flow technologies. This is a permanent, on-site position with comprehensive benefits and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent required or preferred; DPS/UDC knowledge encouraged.
• Experience with Microsoft Office or equivalent software; strong planning and organization skills.
• Familiar with package flow technologies; customer-focused mindset is valued.

Responsibilities

• Verifies system downloads.
• Identifies service failures and exceptions.
• Prints and distributes daily reports.
• Updates reports and communicates changes to PDS.
• Utilizes mapping tools.
• Plots data and compares actual dispatch to planned dispatch.
• Maintains loop analysis for regular review of all loops.
• Utilizes available reports and systems.
• Completes monthly dispatch audit.
