Job summary

UPS is seeking a Dispatch Analyst to support the Dispatch and Preload teams with analysis of dispatch plans, reporting, and audits. The role involves verifying system downloads, identifying service failures, and distributing daily reports to improve operational efficiency.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent), experience with DPS and UDC, and strong Microsoft Office skills, plus excellent planning and organizational abilities for effective package flow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or international equivalent.
• Experience with DPS and UDC knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Familiar with package flow technologies - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verifies system downloads.
• Identifies various service failures and exceptions.
• Prints and distributes multiple daily reports.
• Makes necessary report updates and communicates changes to PDS.
• Utilizes mapping tools.
• Plots previous data and compares actual dispatch to planned dispatch.
• Maintains a loop analysis to ensure periodic analysis of all loops.
• Utilizes available reports and systems.
• Completes monthly dispatch audit.
