Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Dispatch Analyst to support the dispatch and preload teams. You will analyze dispatch plans, identify opportunities, publish reports, and perform service audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent, DPS/UDC knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Candidates should be customer-focused with strong planning skills and familiarity with package flow technologies.

• Verifies system downloads.
• Identifies various service failures and exceptions.
• Prints and distributes multiple daily reports.
• Makes necessary report updates and communicates changes to PDS.
• Utilizes mapping tools.
• Plots previous data and compares actual dispatch to planned dispatch.
• Maintains a loop analysis to ensure periodic analysis of all loops.
• Utilizes available reports and systems.
• Completes monthly dispatch audit.

This position assists with dispatch analysis and daily routine tasks that support the dispatch and preload teams. Employee is responsible for analyzing dispatch plans, identifying areas of opportunity, report publication and service audits.

Qualifications

Pay rate

$26.25 per hour.
