Job summary

UPS is seeking a Dispatch Analyst to support dispatch and preload teams in Reno, NV. The role involves analyzing dispatch plans, identifying opportunities, publishing reports, and conducting service audits to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities include verifying downloads, identifying service failures, updating reports, using mapping tools, and performing monthly dispatch audits. A bachelor's degree or international equivalent is preferred, with DPS/UDC knowledge and strong MS

• Dispatch Planning System (DPS) and UDC knowledge
• Experience using Microsoft Office products or equivalent software
• Customer-focused with strong planning and organization skills
• Familiar with package flow technologies

This position assists with dispatch analysis and daily routine tasks that support the dispatch and preload teams. Employee is responsible for analyzing dispatch plans, identifying areas of opportunity, report publication and service audits.

Pay rate: $26.25
