Job summary

UPS is seeking a Dispatch Analyst to support the dispatch and preload teams. The role focuses on analyzing dispatch plans, generating reports, and conducting service audits to identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities include validating downloads, identifying failures, and maintaining monthly dispatch audits while coordinating updates with PDS and leveraging mapping tools as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Experience with DPS and UDC systems.
• Experience using Microsoft Office or equivalent.
• Customer-focused with strong planning and organization skills.
• Familiar with package flow technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Verifies system downloads.
• Identifies various service failures and exceptions.
• Prints and distributes multiple daily reports.
• Makes necessary report updates and communicates changes to PDS.
