Job summary

UPS is seeking a Dispatch Analysis support role to assist the Package Dispatch Supervisor with daily dispatch and preload tasks. You will analyze dispatch plans, identify opportunities, and publish reports for service audits.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) preferred, experience with DPS/UDC, and strong planning and organizational skills. This is a permanent, on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• DPS and UDC knowledge required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent software.
• Customer-focused with strong planning and organization skills.
• Familiar with package flow technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verifies system downloads.
• Identifies service failures and exceptions.
• Prints and distributes daily reports.
• Updates reports and communicates changes to PDS.
• Uses mapping tools to support dispatch.
• Compares actual vs planned dispatch data.
• Maintains loop analysis for periodic review.
• Uses available reports and systems to perform tasks.
• Completes monthly dispatch audit.
