Job summary

UPS in the United States is seeking a Dispatch Analysis Assistant to support the dispatch and preload teams. You will analyze dispatch plans, verify reports, highlight opportunities, and help complete monthly audits and service reviews.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent, experience with Microsoft Office, and a customer‑focused, well‑organized approach. Dispatch Planning System (DPS) and UDC knowledge are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verifies system downloads and identifies service failures.
• Prints and distributes daily reports; updates reports as needed.
