Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Dispatch Analyst to support dispatch and preload teams by analyzing plans, generating reports, and auditing dispatch processes. The position emphasizes data mapping, loop analysis, and monthly dispatch audits, with a focus on accuracy and process improvement. A Bachelor's degree and DPS/UDC familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Familiar with package flow technologies - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Verifies system downloads

• Prints and distributes multiple daily reports
• Makes necessary report updates and communicates changes to PDS
• Utilizes mapping tools
• Plots previous data and compares actual dispatch to planned dispatch
• Maintains a loop analysis to ensure periodic analysis of all loops
• Utilizes available reports and systems
• Completes monthly dispatch audit
