Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Operate dishwashing machines and hand-wash items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of dish area, kitchen floors, and trash areas.
• Assist with basic kitchen cleaning and organization.
• Properly store clean dishes and equipment.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Support kitchen staff with light prep or restocking when needed.
