Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a PT Dishwasher to support our kitchen and dining operations. The role focuses on maintaining hygiene, organizing dish areas, and assisting with basic food-prep tasks as needed. You will work with a team in a hospitality-focused environment and contribute to resident satisfaction.

The position offers a pay rate of $17.00 per hour, with Sunday, Monday, Friday and Saturday shifts, and opportunities for training and growth within a supportive company culture.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and organize dish storage and washing areas in accordance with all community safety and department policies and procedures.
• Clean and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils using dish machines or manual cleaning methods, adhering to health and sanitation standards.
• Complete general cleanup and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas, including sinks, washing machines, tables, cooking ranges, shelves, cabinets, trash bins, floors, etc.
• Maintain the dish machine and sinks, including checking detergent levels, cleaning filters, ensuring sanitation levels, and reporting issues to supervisor.
• Ensure water temperature is suitable for optimum cleaning, rinsing, and sanitizing.
• Maintain sanitizer logs for temperature and level, recording at breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.
