Heaven Hill Bourbon Experience in Bardstown, KY is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to support the Five Brothers Kitchen. The standard first shift runs 11:00am–5:30pm with rotating weekends, onsite at Bardstown location.

The Dishwasher will participate in all kitchen functions, maintain sanitation, and uphold quality standards. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods while following Kitchen Managers' directions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen personnel and dining room personnel.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation by adhering to all state and federal food safety guidelines.
• Follow all procedures and duties set forth by the Kitchen Managers.
• Ensure cleanliness of all dishware and cookware.
• Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs.
• Follow all restaurant policies and kitchen procedures put forth by the Kitchen Managers.
• Adhere to the restaurant and the company’s rules, policies, and procedures.
• Adhere to safe operation standards of all kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Responsible for following all cleaning and sanitation schedules.
• Ability to follow assigned schedule.
