This role is onsite at our Five Brothers Kitchen at the Heaven Hill Bourbon Experience based in Bardstown, KY. Standard first shift schedule is 11:00am-5:30pm with rotating day schedules (including weekends).

What the Role Is

The Dishwasher is responsible for participating in all kitchen functions, preparation, and maintenance of quality standards, sanitation, and cleanliness.

How You Will Spend Your Time?

• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstationby adhering to all Stateand Federalfood and safety guidelines.
• Follow all procedures and duties set forth by the Kitchen Managers
• Ensurecleanlinessof all dishware and cookware.
• Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs.
• Follow all restaurant policies andkitchenproceduresput forth bytheKitchen Managers.
• Adhere totherestaurantand the company’s rules,policies, and procedures.
• Adhere tosafe operationstandardsof all kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Responsible forfollowing all cleaning and sanitation schedules.
• Ability to follow assigned schedule.

Who You Are…
