Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a part-time dishwasher for the Green Bay, WI location. The role involves maintaining a clean, sanitary dish area, washing dishes, pots, and pans, and supporting kitchen operations. Shift is 12:00 pm–8:00 pm with rotating weekends and holidays; training is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.

Responsabilités

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine. Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans and trays.
• Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler and related procedures. Ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
