MBK Senior Living is hiring a part-time Dishwasher to support our dining and kitchen operations. You will clean, sanitize, and organize dishes, assist kitchen staff, and help maintain a safe, cheerful dining environment for residents and team members.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certificate preferred.
• Food Handler’s Permit, as required by the state.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, clean, and organize dish storage and washing areas in accordance with all community safety and department policies and procedures.
• Clean and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils using dish machines or manual cleaning methods, adhering to health and sanitation standards.
• Complete general cleanup and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas, including sinks, washing machines, tables, cooking ranges, shelves, cabinets, trash bins, floors.
• Maintain the dish machine and sinks, including checking detergent levels, cleaning filters, ensuring sanitation levels, and reporting issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure water temperature is correct to ensure optimum cleaning, rinsing, and sanitizing.
• Maintain sanitizer logs for temperature and level, daily at meals.
• Transport meals to the CFL neighborhood, maintaining correct temperatures during transit and return the cart to the kitchen promptly.
• Assist cooks with basic food preparation and transport food carts or serve residents as needed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and SDS-compliant handling; notify when replenishment is needed.
• Promote teamwork and MBK values; perform other duties as assigned.
