The role involves operating and cleaning the dishwashing station, maintaining sanitation, and assisting with basic prep to help the kitchen run smoothly. Applicants should be dependable, team-focused, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Must have basic sanitation knowledge and follow health regulations.
• Able to work quickly and maintain cleanliness in a high-volume kitchen.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, etc. to keep up with high-volume kitchen pace.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain three-compartment sinks.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and surfaces.
• Break down trash and maintain organization of storerooms and prep areas.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks as needed.
