Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, pots, and pans; maintain a fast pace in a high-volume kitchen.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment and three-compartment sinks.
• Clean and sanitize ovens, grills, and other kitchen gear as needed.
• Assist with basic food prep and organization of storerooms and spaces.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; report issues to management.
