Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with industrial dishwashing machines preferred.
• Experience with kitchen and restaurant operations preferred.
• Proper sanitation knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, etc.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including dishwashing machine and three-compartment sinks.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, such as ovens, grills, and food processing machines.
• Break down dirty bus tubs and manage waste disposal.
• Empty, clean and maintain trash bins and compactor areas.
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, countertops, stovetops, and tables.
• Sweep, mop, and scrub floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Follow safety procedures and company SOPs; report issues to management.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic preparation tasks and deliveries.
