Job summary

StoryPoint Mequon is seeking a dedicated part-time dishwasher to support our kitchen team. You’ll wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware and equipment, keeping an orderly, sanitary station and assisting with basic prep as needed.

The role runs 8am–2pm, and requires a friendly attitude, reliable teamwork, and clear communication. Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred but not required; we value a positive, can-do approach and willingness to learn.

• Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware, china, utensils, and equipment.
• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items; comply with health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties per policies; scrub and mop floors as needed.
• Support a positive team environment with kitchen staff and residents.
• Promote positive relations with residents, families, and guests.
