Job summary

StoryPoint is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to support our dining operations. You will wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and equipment, ensuring proper handling and sanitation in the kitchen.

Responsibilities include following health codes, stocking supplies, and cooperating with the culinary team and residents to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
