Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group in Romeoville, IL is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to support our kitchen team. You will wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and equipment, following proper sanitation procedures.

The role emphasizes friendly attitude, teamwork, and clear communication. Shifts are 8am-2pm and 4pm-7:30pm, with standing duties and occasional floor cleaning as needed to maintain a clean, safe dining operation.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
