Job summary

StoryPoint Medina West is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. Shifts include 6am-2pm and 4pm-8pm, with responsibilities for washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, and supporting a clean, organized kitchen.

The ideal candidate is reliable, friendly, and works well with others in a fast-paced senior living environment, upholding health standards and helping the culinary team deliver quality dining experiences for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred but not required
• Must be friendly display a positive attitude and have good teamwork skills
• Good communication skills are required

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items
• comply with all applicable state and local health safety codes
• Stock soap towels and paper products throughout the kitchen
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures
• May be required to scrub and mop floors clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team
• Promote positive public relations with residents family members and guests
