Job summary

StoryPoint Mequon is seeking a dedicated part-time dishwasher to support our kitchen team. You’ll wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware and equipment, keeping an orderly, sanitary station and assisting with basic prep as needed.

The role runs 8am–2pm, and requires a friendly attitude, reliable teamwork, and clear communication. Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred but not required; we value a positive, can-do approach and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware, china, utensils, and equipment.

• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties per policies; scrub and mop floors as needed.
• Support a positive team environment with kitchen staff and residents.
• Promote positive relations with residents, families, and guests.

As a Dishwasher you will be responsible for washing and unloading dishes pots pans silverware china utensils and equipment

Primary Responsibilities

This position entails standing for long periods of time While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to communicate effectively with others sit stand walk and use hands to handle keyboard telephone paper files and other equipment and objects The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens The employee will occasionally lift andor move up to 25 pounds The work environment requires appropriate interaction with others The noise level in the work environment is moderate
