Three Leaf Catering, part of the University of Notre Dame Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) is hiring a part-time Service Associate in the campus Hospitality department. This back-of-house role supports cleanliness, safety, and food production in the Center for Culinary Excellence (CCE).

The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a strong work ethic in a busy campus kitchen. Pay is $17.50/hour, with opportunities to contribute to event services and campus dining operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Foster safety and cleanliness in the kitchen and dish areas.
• Lead and assist with cleaning all tableware and kitchen equipment.
• Support dish room operations, including setup and organization.
• Operate the dish machine and sort trays, glass, utensils, and carts.
• Assist in reorganizing kitchen and event serviceware for efficiency.
• Help with logistics such as loading/unloading trucks and breaking down carts.
