The University of Notre Dame's Three Leaf Catering is hiring a part-time Service Associate within the Center for Culinary Excellence (CCE). This essential back-of-house role supports cleanliness, safety, and high-quality food production for campus events and dining services.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Foster safety and a safe working environment for all staff and guests within CCE.
• Lead and assist with cleaning all tableware and kitchen equipment.
• Support dish room operations, including setup, organization and cleaning.
• Operate the dish machine, ensuring proper sorting of trays, glass, utensils, carts and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and care of kitchen equipment.
• Manage waste, emptying all trash, cardboard and recycling containers.
• Collaborate effectively with the dish team on a daily basis.
• Assist in the reorganization of all kitchen and event serviceware to maintain efficiency.
• Assist with logistics, including loading/unloading trucks and breaking down carts.

The University of Notre Dame Operations, Events, and Safety division is currently hiring for a part-time Service Associate within Three Leaf Catering in our campus Hospitality department. The UOES Division oversees the University's event management, hospitality, and customer service functions, while also supporting student life, academic initiatives, research activities, and annual milestone celebrations.

Service Associate
