Brightli is seeking a Vocational Support Specialist in Springfield, Missouri for a part-time role. Build relationships with clients and employers, deliver on-site and off-site training, and support skill development, career planning, and employment retention.

You will conduct activities related to work readiness and independent living, locate job sites, and coordinate supports while maintaining thorough reports and paperwork. A compassionate, customer-focused approach is essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent certificate required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in rehabilitation, employment services, case management, or social services preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and current auto insurance.

Mansioni

• Develop individualized service plans and conduct activities to support clients' skill development, career planning, and employment retention.
• Provide on-site and off-site training for clients during skill development and job readiness.
• Coordinate paid, work-based learning experiences for clients in various settings.
• Advocate for clients with employers and stakeholders and educate employers on benefits of hiring persons with disabilities.
