You will provide onsite and community-based support, job coaching, and skills training to help clients achieve their employment goals.

The role emphasizes person-centered care, collaboration with employers, and flexible scheduling, including evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in rehabilitation, employment services, case management, or related field preferred.
• Current certification in CPR and Standard First Aid required.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and facilitate vocational, pre-vocational, social, and independent living skill development activities.
• Support individuals through career exploration, employment preparation, job placement, and employment retention.
• Provide onsite and offsite job coaching to help clients learn job duties and workplace relationships.
• Develop and implement service plans, lessons, and activities aligned with client goals.
• Coordinate work-based learning experiences and maintain related documentation.
