Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or closely related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of five years in career services, recruitment, education, or corporate environment.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and excellent communication.
• Demonstrates commitment to Christian higher education and Bethel University mission.

Responsibilities

• Office Administration: manage the Career Development Office, oversee budgets and expenditures.
• Attend meetings on- and off-campus to support Career Development.
• Coordinate with Campus Job supervisors and conduct seminars on best practices.
• Create student worker programs aligning job skills with curriculum.
• Expand internship and employment opportunities through external events.
• Plan career fairs, workshops, and presentations with faculty.
• Counsel students on job search, resumes, interviewing, and career coaching.
