Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota seeks an Assistant Director of Training and Development to lead staff professional growth, coordinate CQ and Biblical Diversity workshops, and weave scriptural principles into practical workplace tools.

The role partners with campus leaders, designs onboarding and ongoing programs across formats, and measures impact to continually improve learning initiatives. The position is in-person, with a pay range of $82,800 to $90,000 per year, and benefits

Qualifications

• Learning facilitation across in-person, online, and asynchronous formats, with LMS exposure.
• Strategic collaboration with campus leaders to align PD with culture and strategy.
• Inclusive leadership and change management within a university setting.
• Strong communication, discretion, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff professional development programs and coordinate workshops (CQ and Biblical Diversity).
• Design onboarding and ongoing training across formats; create practical learning tools and resources.
• Evaluate learning impact with feedback and metrics to improve initiatives.
• Support department leaders and contribute to campus-wide culture and HR projects.
