Responsibilities

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community.
• Provide support to a 24-year-old high-functioning individual with autism who enjoys shopping, going out to eat, visiting the library, and other community activities.
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
