The role involves helping with daily living activities, medication administration, and supporting community participation. Training is provided; eligible for a range of benefits and a competitive hourly wage. Shifts include afternoons and weekends, with paid trainings and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/first aid training and positive behavioral support training are expected.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record; background checks and drug screen.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with developmental disabilities with activities of daily living.
• Administer medications as prescribed and assist with transportation to appointments.
• Support in implementing individual behavioral plans and teaching new skills.
• Encourage community participation and monitor health and safety of clients.
