Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Must complete mandatory training including CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration (Med Aide), and Universal Precautions.

Responsibilities

• Promote meaningful community integration for residents in residential ISL settings.
• Assist in life skills development to promote independence and social interaction.
• Provide health, mobility, and personal care support as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and person-centered home environment.
• Document appropriately and observe regulatory requirements.
